Call for Pedigrees & Final Weekend Information

It has been an amazing 3rd season of the Dubai One Loft Pigeon Race. Fanciers from all over the world have already travelled to Dubai and we are now approaching the Final Race of the season.

### 📑 Submission of Pedigrees (Important)

📖 Article 11.1 (Auction)
Participants must provide the pedigrees of their pigeons and these must reach the organizer no later than 14 days before the Final Race.

📖 Article 12.2
Two weeks before the Main Race, the original breeder must provide the pedigrees of all pigeons, including pigeons activated by third parties.
Failure to do so will result in forfeiting any share of auction proceeds or prize money and may lead to disqualification of the pigeons from competing in the Final Race.

We therefore kindly request all participants to submit the pedigrees as soon as possible.

## 📅 Final Weekend Programme

ℹ️ The Final is planned for Saturday.
However, depending on weather conditions (approx. 32°C in the shade and possible early morning fog), the release may take place Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

➡️ The final decision on the release day will be taken Thursday morning together with the agents and partners.
Further updates will be communicated immediately after this meeting.

### Thursday
🕑 14:00 — Viewing of the top pigeons & videos of the Dubai Desert Race Series

### Friday
🕒 15:00 — Basketing & FCI control
🚐 17:00 — Return transport (reservation required)
🍹 19:30 — Welcome drink at the Hilton

### Saturday
🚌 08:00 — Departure for the farm
🏁 10:00–15:00
