Adrien Mirabelle, former 1st National Champion Middle Distance KBDB and 1st National Ace Pigeon Middle Distance KBDB participates again in the World Championship Pigeon Sprint Racing.
At just 35 years old, Adrien Mirabelle has already made a name for himself. As the fourth generation in his family to take up the pigeon sport, Adrien has been involved in pigeon racing for most of his life, starting when he got his first license in 1999.
Since 2013, Adrien has been fully dedicated to pigeon racing, not only managing his own pigeons but also working with PIPA.
Despite his success, the demands of racing, especially as a father of two young children, have led Adrien to make some changes. In 2023, he decided to reduce his racing activities and the size of his pigeon colony. He is now focusing on OLRs and is one of our most respected agents.
Adrien first won widespread attention in 2014 when he and his grandfather won the 1st National Champion Middle Distance KBDB and 1st National Ace Pigeon Middle Distance KBDB with their pigeon Zodiac. His pigeons Divock and Cartouche also placed 4th and 10th in the National Ace Pigeon Middle Distance KBDB rankings that year.
Since 2015, Adrien has raced on his own, continuing to achieve great success. In 2016, he won the 1st National Champion Middle Distance KBDB title again, and his pigeons Calvin, Lewis, and Shogun secured 3rd, 5th, and 8th place in the National Ace Pigeon Middle Distance old birds KBDB rankings. His yearlings also performed well, placing 5th and 6th in the National Ace Pigeon Middle Distance Yearlings KBDB rankings.
Adrien’s pigeons have also done exceptionally well in international One Loft Races, earning top positions such as:
– 1st prize final race Moledo Atlantic Coast 2021 (Portugal)
– 1st prize semi-final Moledo Atlantic Coast 2022 (Portugal)
– 1st prize Hot Spot II Polish Masters 2022 (Poland)
– 2nd prize semi-final Algarve Golden Race 2017 (Portugal)
– 4th prize Hot Spot III Polish Masters 2022 (Poland)
– 4th General Acebird Polish Masters 2022 (Poland)
These performances highlight the quality of Adrien’s pigeons. But what is even more remarkable is how his pigeons have led to success everywhere in the world:
